Important Information This Holiday Season

Seasons greetings! As you may already know, shipping carriers expect a record breaking number of packages this year, so we recommend shopping early in order to enjoy a stress free holiday season. Follow our guide below to ensure you receive your gifts on-time and hassle-free.

During our holiday promo, all of our products qualify for fast, free shipping if you're located in the lower-48 states! Additional charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and all orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail and may take a few extra business days for delivery.

Shipping Times & Deadlines

Orders should ship within 2 business days of placing your order via FedEx Ground, from our NY or CA warehouses. Typically shipping takes 1-3 business days depending on your proximity to our warehouse locations. Most packages arrive between 3 - 5 business days from placing your order.

Holiday Extended Return & Exchange Policy

Shopping early this year? We've extended our exchange and return timeframe to January 31st, 2021. If you want to return an item, we will offer you the full purchase price of the mat in the form of a gift card, which can be used for any item on our website. If you prefer a refund, we will be able to refund your original form of payment minus the cost to ship the mat back to us. Products need to be returned in their original packaging, with shrink wrap still on, to qualify for a refund. If the merchandise has been opened, a restocking fee will apply. Holiday FAQ's

  • Can I edit or cancel my order?
    Our dedicated customer service team can edit or cancel an order as long as it has not shipped from our fulfillment center.
  • Can I use multiple coupons on my order?
    In an effort to simplify holiday shopping, our holiday promotion doesn't require any codes - all discounts will be applied automatically in cart.  Because this is our biggest sale of the year, you cannot combine other promo codes with this offer.
  • Can I use the holiday discount on a previous order?
    Unfortunately discounts can only be applied to new orders during our holiday sale time period, which runs from Nov 13 - Nov 30th.
  • Can I return or exchange a gift?
    Of course! Your packing slip will include your order number which we use to reference any gift returns or exchanges. Please read our full return and exchange FAQ's here.
